The Rental Process

On the Available Rental page, choose the rental you are interested in applying for, click "View Details" and then click on the orange "Apply Now" button.  Click here to go to the Available Rental page:  ​Available Rentals

The $20 Application fee must be paid before we can process your Application.  You will be prompted to pay online once you've completed your Application. 

After you submit your application, we will need: 

  • A copy of your ID
  • Income verification

If your application is approved with a co-signer, your co-signer will also need to submit an Application (Click on the Available Rentals link above).

Applications usually take approximately two days to process. If you are approved, one of our agents will be contacting you to schedule a move in date and arrange for you to pay the holding deposit. The holding deposit is the same amount as one month’s rent.   

If you are not approved you will received a courtesy phone call notifying you and a letter in the mail stating the reasons.


We will rent to the first approved applicant. This means that once we’ve received all of your paperwork and fees, you will be first in line for your desired property. Once you are approved you will have the option to secure the property with a pre-lease holding and a holding deposit.

Once you are approved, your application is valid for all of our rentals for a period of 6 months, (provided that your income meets the income requirements for that property).

We require our renters to have income that equals 3 times the amount of the monthly rental rate. That means if you are renting a property that is $1000/month, you will need to show us proof that you receive income of at least $3000/month.

It is our policy that rental candidates with felony convictions or evictions on their records will be automatically denied.

We don’t currently have any rentals that are accepting Section 8 housing vouchers.
