Moving Out

Month to month tenants must give notice in writing by the 10th of the month if they plan to vacate at the end of the month. If you are still lease you will be charged a break lease fee in addition to owing rent and utilities through the date your lease expires or the date we are able to move in a new tenant, whichever occurs first. 

 

Emergencies

The following constitutes an emergency: inability to shut off running water, no heat, no air conditioning. All other repair requests must be made in writing or submitted online to WPM.
